Rare Kennedy White House Parker Gift Pen

This is an original Parker jotter gift pen made for The Kennedy White House and given out by President Kennedy to official visitors. They were first used in 1962 and we have documentation to this in a letter written in 1962 by Evelyn Lincoln (President Kennedy's personal secretary) to Mr. Daniel Parker (The President of The Parker Pen Company) thanking him for furnishing the President with specially imprinted "Jotter" ball points for use as "Presentations and Mementos". These Parker Jotters are one of the most famous or perhaps infamous of all pens associated with The Kennedy White House. In fact these pens have an almost mystical appeal. One of the reason for this is because the Kennedy Presidential Library reproduced these pens and sold them at the library. Unscrupulous or unknowing dealers often tried to represent these reproduction as true priceless treasure from Camelot. According to John Loring who wrote the bible on Presidential Pens. The original pens can be easily be distinguished from the reproduction by the following Kennedy's signature is smaller in the original close to the same length of the wording The White House. The original pens have metal thread on the inside the newer one are plastic. The Threading on the original is finer and the reproduction threading is thicker and has a notch above the threading. The top of the pen on the originals is more smooth without the ridge on the reproductions. The pen shows very little use and it is in fantastic condition for its age with only a few very light scratches. The pen still works and even writes, while the filter is very old it may not be original, Parker still makes modern filter for these pens . You can now own an original piece of Camelot that is one of the most famous and replicated of all Kennedy White House gifts. Original Kennedy White House Parker 45 Gift Pen

This is an original Parker 45 made for The Kennedy White House and given out by President Kennedy in his later years in The White House. According to John Loring who wrote the bible on Presidential Pens the parker 45 was JFK's standard gift pen in the latter part of his administration. In fact one of these pens was found in one of his oval office desk drawers when he was assassinated. These Kennedy White House Parker 45 are one of the most difficult to find and sought after Kennedy items there are. They are even harder to find then the first Kennedy White House Jotters. While they were not reproduced by The Kennedy Library there are modern fakes out there which unscrupulous or unknowing dealers often try to represent these reproduction as true treasure from Camelot. According to John Loring the actually Kennedy White House Parker 45 can be verified using most of the same methods used to authenticate the earlier Kennedy White House Parker Jotters from the Kennedy Library reproductions. The original pens can be easily be distinguished from the reproduction by the following Kennedy's signature is smaller in the original close to the same length of the wording The White House. The top of the pen on the originals is smoother then the reproductions. This pen meets all the requirements of an original pen, so if you are looking for a rare Kennedy item look no further. This is as rare as it gets in fact this is the only the second of these pens I have ever had, and the first sold fast. In short this is a truly magnificent piece of Camelot that is almost impossible to find in any condition and to find one like this in fantastic condition with its original box is almost unheard of. $1350.00

President Kennedy / Johnson Esterbrook Presidential Bill Signer

This is a genuine Esterbrook White House Bill Signer. These pens where ordered by and made for the Kennedy White House to be used by President Kennedy’s as an official presidential bill signer. After the tragic assassination of JFK President Johnson continued to use the left over Esterbrook pens as a bill signer. President Johnson was never a fan of these pens and decided to order different pens to be used as his official bill signers shortly after he took office. So the Johnson White House never actually ordered any of these pens that were made so famous by The Kennedy White House. This pen is in very good condition.

Kennedy JFK PT-109 Presidential Gift Pin

One of the famous Kennedy PT-109 pin that he gave out on the campaign and then again after he because president as an official presidential gift. The PT109 pin he gave out in the campaign said Kennedy and 60 after it. This is the rarer and more valuable verity that he gave out after he was President. Kennedy JFK PT-109 Presidential Gift Tie Bar

Kennedy was famous for giving out PT-109 pins and the rarer matching Tie Bars that he gave out on the campaign and then again after he because president as an official presidential gift. The PT109 pin and Tie Bar he gave out on the campaign said Kennedy and 60 after it. This is the rarer and more valuable verity that he gave out after he was President without the 60. Both JFK and his brother Senator Bobby Kennedy would often be seen wearing them. I have included just for reference a photo of Kennedy wearing one of the PT109 Tie Bars and a Photo from Life of Senator Bobby Kennedy wearing one so when you buy this item and wear it you know that you will be in good company. This tie bar has been used but it is in very nice shape for an item of its age. SOLD

Kennedy's The President's House Personal Matchbook

This is a hard to find full unused book of matches made for and used by The Kennedy White House. This matchbook is White with the words "The President's House in Gold" in gold on the cover. These are the type of matches President Kennedy would often use himself. Examples of these matchbooks can be seen in the world famous Guernsey's Kennedy The Robert White Collection auction catalog. One of these type of Kennedy matchbooks was sold with Kennedy's personal cigar cutter from The Oval Office. Another of this type of Kennedy Matchbook was Inside the famous Cigar Humidor that President Kennedy kept inside The Oval Office. Dinner Program: John F. Kennedy Assassination Night

This is the program for the event that was scheduled to be held in Austin Texas on the day of Kennedy's assassination. The event was obviously never held and souvenirs and remembrances from this event are coveted by collectors. The program was to be held in honor of John F. Kennedy and Lyndon Johnson and their wives November 22, 1963 a the Municipal Auditorium, Austin Texas. It is beautifully printed, with seals and signatures of the President, Vice President and Texas Governor John Connolly in bronze and black at the top. There are a few spots and marks on the program but other than that it is in fantastic shape for it's age and has obviously been very well taken care of. I have shown close up photos to show the spots and marks on the item. $650.00

Very Rare Air Force One Matchboook used by JFK

This is a very rare unused matchbook from Kennedy's DC-6. This is a prop plane and the first plane Kennedy used as Air Force One. It was flown Col. James B. Swindal Kennedy's Chief Pilot and personal friend. Col Swindal was Kennedy pilot as President elect he then became the chiefs pilot of Air Force One the then DC-6 which this matchbook came from then he also became the First Chief Pilot for Sam 2600 and continued in that role into President Johnson term in office. In fact he was the pilot that flew President Kennedy's body home that fateful day in Dallas. In the last photo provided is a photo of Kennedy on board Air Force One where the matchbook can be seen in the lower right hand corner. Rare Kennedy era USS Sequoia Presidential Yacht unused Matchbook

This is a great unstruck matchbook from The USS Sequoia, the most famous of all Presidential Yachts. These matchbooks are older front strike matchbooks without the "USS" in front of the Name Sequoia. These were among the earliest version iof the Sequoia matchbooks and used during President Kennedy's administration. The matchbook is in overall very good condition for its age please see photos. Rare Honey Fitz Matchbook Kennedy Presidential Yacht

This is a very rare and hard to find surviving matchbook from The Honey perhaps the Presidential Yacht most associated with President Kennedy. President Kennedy renamed Eisenhower's Presidential Yacht from Barbara Ann to Honey Fitz after his beloved maternal grandfather and it woul later be renamed again by President Nixon to Patricia. Kennedy was said to have loved the Honey Fitz and used it often while President. Many people know about the Honey Fitz and its service as JFK's Presidential yacht but what many people don't know is it was one of three Presidential Yacht in service with The Kennedy White House, Honey Fitz Patrick J. and Sequoia. This matchbook is complete and unstruck and in very good condition for its age. The first 4 photos show a detailed photo of the actual matchbook from all sides. The last photo is for reference only and it shows one of these Honey Fitz matchbooks that was for sale in the Guernsey's JFK Robert White collections world famous Kennedy auction.

Very Rare Matchbook From Kennedy Administration The Patrick J.

Much like President Kennedy renamed The Lenore II The Honey Fitz he also renamed the Presidential Yacht original named Margie The Patrick J. after is paternal Grandfather. President Kennedy had The Patrick J, moved to Hyannis Port, Massachusetts for Presidential service while he was in office. Nixon latter renamed The Patric J. The Julie. This matchbook is in fantastic condition and unused. The official matchbook for the Honey Fitz looked exactly the same except the Name Patrick J was replaced by The Honey Fitz.

Very Rare Set of Presidential Matchbooks Both Ship Names

This is a set of 2 different matchbooks for the same Presidential Yacht that severed several presidents begging with Truman and ending with Nixon. This Yacht went through 3 name changes while in Presidential service first President Truman Named her Margie in honor of President Truman's daughter. Ike then renamed her the Susie E in honor of one of his granddaughters. Then the ship is most famously known as the Patric J. when President Kennedy had her renamed the Patric J after his Paternal Grandfather. LBJ never bothered to rename her as he preferred to use the larger Presidential Yacht The USS Sequoia. She was last used by President Nixon when he renamed her Julie after his daughter. He then moved her to Key Biscayne where President Nixon retained his winter vacation retreat. This set include two full book of matches in excellent condition from this amazing yacht. One from it's service under President Kennedy and One from it's last Presidential Service under President Nixon who latter sold her.
